This is our RIPTIDE Bourbon Barrel Stout in the beginning stage of the aging process. It takes 1,000 pounds of grain to make a single batch and is aging in new 1792 barrels from Barton Distillery. It takes about three weeks before it's ready to serve—this batch will be on tap and available November 23!
This robust, Imperial Stout is brewed with coffee and chocolate and then bourbon barrel-aged to perfection. Incredibly silky and full-bodied with notes of vanilla and charred oak. ABV - 12% and IBU - 45.
